Once we find the perfect home for you, we move through a typical 30-45 day process of buying the home. We will provide valuable info to you throughout the process, including, providing step-by-step videos of elements of the transaction like inspection, appraisal, etc.
We will share a purchase tracker - accessible 24/7 - to help you visually see where we are in the purchase process. This tool has been incredibly helpful for our past clients; it illustrates what has been completed, what is left to be done, and how close you are to closing.
As always, you are our VIP client and therefore we will be available at all times to address any questions or concerns you have throughout the process.
